It's just easy. Just find a popular track on Soundcloud and comment on it with detail. Don't use short comments such as "nice" etc. but the following example; "good bass and I like the synths used on this track", "make sure to make the melody more louder next time", "be sure to listen to my song 'Orange Ocean'". Just be creative.
People will come naturally when they see how much you comment in detail.
